Simalungun, March 28^th 2018 – In order to commemorate the world water day which fell on March 22, Toba Tilapia which is part of PT Suri Tani Pemuka – Japfa Group, together with hundreds of Simalungun youth again held an Action Movement for the Environment (GAUL) to maintain the cleanliness of Lake Toba. The series of activities consisted of training on 3R (Recyle, Reuse, Reduce), cleaned the garbage around the Lake Toba Beach area, as well as reforestation efforts in the Lake Toba Catchment Area (DTA – Danau Toba)

“The cleanliness of Lake Toba can have a positive impact on the quality of life for the wider community, therefore, this action is our responsibility both from the community and the company side”
