Simalungun, December 28^th 2018 – Edy Rahmayadi – Governor of North Sumatra presented an award to Toba Tilapia – part of PT Suri Tani Pemuka (STP – JAPFA) as the Best Fish Processing Unit (Unit Pengolahan Ikan – UPI) in implementing the Integrated Quality Management Program (MMT).

This is the second time Toba Tilapia received the same award since 2017. It showed that Toba Tilapia was considered to have a high commitment to maintain quality by means of good fish processing and in accordance with international standard.

Toba Tilapia will always be committed to following government regulations, including environmental management systems or waste treatment.
